Bought this as a present. Good value for money

Would not wind up delayed pop

This is my daughters favorite toy. She’s 9 months old and can’t get enough. The handle is sturdy enough that she winds it and plays it. She loves Mitzi the kangaroo and gives her kisses and dances to the song. It’s colourful and playful and still classic and sweet.

Mizzie the Kangaroo is a big hit with our 14 month girl, she loves it. The only thing that niggles me about it was that Mizzie pops up at the end of the song instead of the moment you'd actually expect it in the song 🎵 Itger than that, it's a hit 🫶

Lovely gift for our Grandson who’s 2 years & 9 months. He loves it

My nephew who is nearly three jumped out his skin when Mizzie first bounced out the metal box. He then wanted to play again and again but was on tenterhooks whenever he thought Mizzie was about to pop out. Lots of laughter, so certainly a hit with my nephew. However it could startle babies until of course they learn what to expect.The tune is " pop goes the weasel " at first my family thought the kangaroo was a weasel. It does look a little like one, and because of the tune you sort of expect it to be.We've had a few instances where turning the handle ( which is very easy to turn and therefore child friendly ) where Mizzie didn't pop out. We could see the latch move as if she should. But she didn't. This was a bit disappointing. It appears the tin lid is just too thin and bendable. It sometimes requires being manipulated by hand to bend back again for this musical box to function as intended.So overall, not majorly impressed. When it works as intended it's great. However the metal lid is just too thin and clumsy. May have been better in a stiff plastic. That leads me onto say that at over twenty pounds i feel it's too expensive. At that price point i'd expect more robust quality.

Great fun for my daughter and for me.

This was a gift and it had to be returned, the toy only popped up twice then despite winding the handle for absolutely ages it would not pop.
