good sound quality, design missing?
I bought a pair of these headphones about a month ago and have found them to be of a great sound quality for the price you pay, I easily use them for about and hour and a half each day while walking to and from work and as far as comfort goes I have no complaints and the noise canceling seems to works great againt background traffic noise.A problem I have had with many other headphones is that 3-4 months down the line the base of the cable breaks, aparently due to the way I wrap it around the ipod when not in use. This wouldn't apear to be a problem with this particular set as the base of the cable is L shaped as opposed to the previous straight ended pairs i have owned, preventing it bending where it shouldnt leading to the breakages. The only two minor criticisms that I have are as follows:The cable arrived packaged up very tightly wound up, this seems to have made the cable bend in places and it does not hang smoothly (it sort of ends up in a zig-zag shape) ocasionaly getting caught on clothing where the cable turns and pulling uncomfortably at my ears if I do not loosen up some slack on the cable. this isnt a major problem but in a review for a product where there are a myriad of options for manufacture and model it is worth mentioning.A second let down is the way that the earbuds seem to slip out of my ear when I walk, I think that this is caused by the tips on them which are VERY thin (one or 2mm at most and very flexible) silicon afairs. I'm much more used to the foam type which from past experience honestly do perform better. this shouldnt be a problem if you intend to sit down while using them or not move very much but if you're specifically looking for something for use during exercise or walking then this possibly isn't the right choice for you.To sumarise : if you're looking for a cheap(ish) pair of headphones that perform well in low stress enviroments then these could well be ideal for you. if you expect to be more active or have a larger available budget then I recomend that you keep looking as there are better options if you are willing to make a larger investment.

Oh Yes, superb.
What a bargain for £20.I wasn't sure about these, because i don't know the name.I had a pair of Sennheiser CX55, the cable cover to the pin connector came off, and i have trouble with a pair of Sennheisner Headphones, so i wanted to find something different.I read the review's, but couldn't be sure, i decided to take the risk, i'm glad i did. They have a more comfortable ear fit, than any other Earphone i've had. This is partly because the ear stems are angled inward, rather than being straight, makes for an easier, more secure and comfortable fit.The sound is rich and detailed. Not too much base, no booming or distortion.I like Avril Lavigne, The Donna's, Bruce Springsteen, Chris Rea, a mix ofdemand's on an Earphone. It play's all well. The CX 55 seemed to screechhigh pitched part's of the vocal's or music. Can't get over the clarity of the sound, the bass is superb. You just have to listen for yourself. If you want some well good earphone's get these. I tried Cx300, some sony'sand other's, these are better. And for half the price.

Great value for money
These headphones are inexpensive solutions for a the budget conscious audiophile and are great for everyday use.I like that the headphones can provide a great seal against external noise and can act as a physical means of noise isolation. This really helps make the sound that is transmitted a lot clearer as opposed to normal earbuds. The frequency response is not amazing and the bass and high can be lacking at times but overall for the price, this is a great product I am happy to take around everywhere with me.The product comes with three different sized sleeves to ensure a good fit. I have been using them for over a year and they haven't given me any trouble at all.Overall, these headphones are good value for money based on sound quality and durability.

Brilliant sound quality, poor build quality.
Very disappointed with these PL 21s! I won't go into detail about the amazing sound quality, as other reviewers express this much better than I can. However what I will say is that after less than a year, (around 9 months I think) my headphones began to deteriorate. First the casing around the earpiece began to slide off, revealing the adhesive that is supposed to hold them together. Next the casings came off completely, and although the headphones continued to work for a few days, the left phone stopped working altogether.Admittedly they have undergone 'heavy use', ie. being used for hours every day, but isn't this the case for most in ear headphones? My previous Creative EP 630s lasted for at least 2 years and they cost me around £10.It gives me great displeasure to give these headphones a bad review, as the sound quality is fantastic for the price. But this doesn't change the fact that they fell apart less than a year after purchase; hence the low rating. So if you are considering buying a pair, do think again!

Great sound, Poor workmanship, and for me, a poor fit.
I've used nothing but sony earphones for years & years, but thought when the last pair died as they all do eventually that i'd try something else. These headphones never stayed in as well for me regardless of which size buds i attached. The Sound quality i found was very good and have no fault with.I decided to keep them and see how i got on, and then today when going to use them, the right earphone came apart, (just over a month after buying them).I've never had earphones fall apart before, so phoned Amazon who kindly arranged a refund. (Still the best customer service around)I have now ordered another mid range decent pair of Sony's

Really nice earphones in its price range
Really nice earphones in its price range. Little bassy for those who like balanced sound. Mids are a bit recessed, but treble is okay. Bass is a bit muddy but you get nice mid bass if you are playing high quality audio file. As of 2017 there are great earphones in this price range, but these are still pretty goodCord is little fragile. Broke after 1 yr. Still durable enough.

Awesome for the money
For the money, these earbuds rocks. I realize this is a "personal" product; some people will love them and some will hate them. I have a $250 pair of Shure and a $500 pair of Shure earbuds. I will not tell you these are just as good - that would be a lie. However, for the money, these are really a good buy.

Buen sonido
