PanOxyl Antimicrobial Acne Creamy Wash, 4% Benzoyl Peroxide, 6 Ounce

I’ve used a lot of acne products over the years, and most of them either dry out my skin or don’t do much at all. This PanOxyl cream is one of the first that actually hits the sweet spot. It helps clear up breakouts quickly, especially those stubborn little bumps, but it’s surprisingly gentle at the same time. The hydrating part is legit—my skin feels calm instead of irritated. It absorbs well, doesn’t leave a greasy film, and layers nicely under moisturizer. After about a week of use, I noticed a big difference in overall texture. Definitely a new staple for me.

I kept hearing really good things about this PanOxyl creamy wash on TikTok, so I decided to try it for myself. I’m glad I did because it’s much gentler than I expected for an acne wash. The creamy texture doesn’t strip my skin or leave it feeling tight after rinsing. It lathers nicely, rinses clean, and my skin feels calm and hydrated instead of dry or irritated. I’ve been using it consistently and feel like it helps keep breakouts under control without being harsh. If you’re acne-prone but sensitive to drying cleansers, this one is definitely worth trying. I can see why it’s been getting so much hype.

I was told this could be harsh but it absolutely worked for me. It’s the only keeping my acne at bay. It doesn’t make my skin feel dry. I also like the consistency not super thick but also kinda foamy.

I have very sensitive skin and this works great for me to help keep my skin clear. Though I don’t think it’s very good once the pimples are already there but that’s not what I wanted it for

I love panoxyl items! They are so good for my skin especially my face. It really helps with pimples! It does make your skin dry, so moisturizing the skin afterwards is the key.

I used to use this every single day because it worked! And it still does but my skin barrier has weakened, so as a sensitive skin acne/oily prone girl, I use this only 2-3 times a week. I really recommend this product though for acne. It does not foam, but it's not supposed to. This also lasts a long time! The only thing I wish they could change is the lid of the product. You have to make sure it's not TIGHT after use, or else the product will seep out and you'll waste so much product (yes, this happened to me so many times). But overall, my holy grail acne product I continue to repurchase!

My OGBYN doctor recommended this product for my skin breakouts during pregnancy. I have oily skin with some acne problems and it's better worse with the excessive hormones during pregnancy. The texture of this product is not very foamy, instead, it almost feels like lotion. I followed the instruction to massage the product on wet skin for 1min. I had doubt in the product, but only after 2 uses, I started to notice less breakouts!! It's a very impressive product and I will continue using it.

Ive struggled with hormonal acne for a while and this stuff is a game changer. 4% is way better for my skin and doesn't break it out like the 10%. It's drying but after I use moisturizer it's fine.

Amazing for acne

I am buying 10%, 4% works well, and I use 0.5% salilyic acid wash, switch between benzolyn Peroxide and salilyics acid, i've tried many other products, none of them worked, this is the first time i have my skin under controled, using this wash alone isnt enough, serums are definitely needed
