Plumber had no problem installing it. Wish it had a built in day and time timer

This Grundfos pump is an exact match to my old pump. After replacement, I was able to free up the frozen shaft on this one by carefully working the plastic impeller. I’ll keep the new one installed and use this one as a backup.

The pump arrived in good order, however the rubber washers were not sent with it. I searched thoroughly through all packing material and they were not there. It was a direct replacement for an obsolete older pump which was true, but as it arrived without the rubber washers which are special, I had to run around town to locate some in order to complete the job.

Perfect pump, perfect fit, worked first time. This was a replacement for a 7 year old Grundfos and it only took me 7 minutes to remove the old pump and fit the new one in.

The pump replaced a discontinued pump. The fit was perfect with no clearance problems. One of the threads was damaged but I was able to make it work. There should be more protection in the shipping box.

My old pump was 20 years old and the part number was discontinued. The old part number crossed to this pump. Exact fit. Very happy

Great water heater recirculating pump!

It showed up new and on time but without the rubber union seals. And yes I also checked all the packaging material.
