As you can see by the photo, the large tortilla shell bowl came out perfect. Just make sure you buy the large size. I bought the small size at firstand had to return them because they were too small. I sprayed both sides of a large flour tortilla with Pam cooking spray and baked it in the oven at 425 for exactly 7 minutes and it came out golden and crunchy. Perfect for a copycat Rodrigo’s shrimp Chalupa bowl, tostada bowl, or anything you want to put in it. It was crunchy too, just like the restaurants.

Besides being easy, it’s just fun to eat a salad of any type out of fresh tortilla bowls. It dresses up your salad!

To big for regular sized tortillas but otherwise would keep

Burrito size tortillas fit perfectly in pan, so it can be used for both sizes. Pleased with product.

It does not have nice crisp corners so the tortillas are more open than I prefer to make taco shells for salad bowls.

I can't help but smile when I look at these dishes. Sad I know, but I think anything that gives your spirit a lift is worth the money. They are a gorgeous shape and the colour is rich and vibrant. They are practical as well, freezer and oven proof, so I am planning to batch cook in them. I bought some stretchy plastic covers for them so I can put them in the freezer without worrying about spillage. Happy Days.

I am pleased with the product because it baked the shell evenly throughout. I followed the directions as indicated and then turned the oven off after the allotted time. I allowed the tortilla to remain in the heat for an additional 10 minutes which permitted it to crisp to a golden colour. I am pleased that I ordered two sets, enabling me to bake several at once which is enough for the entire family.
