It measures approximately 1.6mm thick, and is made in Italy with the finest standards of craftsmanship, in solid 925 genuine sterling silver with 18k gold plating. Each chain is stamped 925 and ITALY for authenticity, and is secured with a heavy duty lobster claw clasp, which is more durable than the standard spring ring clasp used in other chains. The lengths are only approximate, as every individual will have different results based on your actual body measurements. Best Bang for the Buck
This is very nice and exactly what I was looking for. HSN used to sell 18K gold over silver and I was extremely please at the look, the cost and how it wore. I think the gold was a little heavier than this "flash" coating, which is only a few molecules thick, I think, but I understand that gold sticks very well to silver and I'm not overly concerned about it wearing off. 18K gold over solid silver is very hard to find these days, but it looks like solid 18K and doesn't tarnish. It's my favorite because it's the best value, IMHO. I'm not disappointed in the quality of Bling for the Buck in any way. GREAT PRODUCT! Thank you!

Perfect in every way
I needed a more sturdy chain for my urn pendant. I didn’t want it too big or bulky, but I needed it to withstand daily wear and tear. I am pretty hard on my jewelry.This chain is PERFECT. I got the 22 inch and the length is perfect. It’s beautiful, sturdy, and is holding up perfectly.

I mean, you can't be too critical of a cheap gold chain for being a cheap gold chain, looking like a cheap gold chain, and feeling like a cheap gold chain, but then I can't in good conscience give anything other than the rating that a cheap gold chain deserves - the "meh" score of three stars. I'm satisfied enough not to send it back, but I'd never buy it again or recommend it as a buy for others (unless you're in the market for a a cheap, cheap-looking, cheap-feeling cheap gold chain). Did I mention the item isn't anything more than a cheap gold chain? lol
