Old Fashioned Buckwheat Pancake Mix, New Hope Mills, 5 lbs

This is my families favorite pancake and waffle mix. Mixes well and is super simple. It tastes fantastic and everyone needs to try this rather than the regular flour ones. Worlds apart!

If you like buckwheat, you must purchase this product. They are the best! My family has been enjoying this product for years and nothing compares. We make both pancakes and waffles with this mix. They also have a buttermilk pancake mix that is also great. We even mix the two mixes sometimes. It is great with add ins too. We use blueberries, bananas, pecans, orange juice, applesauce. We even used canned whole corn and make corn waffles. Yum.

Flavor is excellent but is like regular, non buckwheat pancake mix. Buckwheat is listed second after wheat flour. If you want a true buckwheat flour this is not it.

Happy to be able to get this product online after a local supplier went out of business. Have never had a better mix. More than worth the money.
