This underwear is the most comfortable I have ever purchased. That being said it does run very small. I ordered the X LARGE and it fits perfectly. My weight is 123 pounds. Judge accordingly when placing your order.

VERY SMALL
VERY SMALL, I ordered large after reading all the reviews and it is like a small girl panties. it is a fake seamless the small rubber at the top of a wide band - not comfortable , NOT cotton and it is shipped directly from CHINA!! I would not recommend this one.

Even Size Large is Too Small
Because I'd read the reviews warning that these panties ran small, I ordered a size Large. I am 5"5" and weigh 125 lbs. Ordinarily I would order a size Small or Medium. The size Large are very tight. I am returning them.

Nice panties that shrink a lot and keep shrinking with every wash except for the elastic which stretches, so they start sliding down after just a few washes

Order Large!!
I was warned to order large, so I did. I typically wear a size 6 slacks, but ordered XL and they are actually just a little more snug than I would have liked.
