Not a Pi4 case...it is a pi3 case.
Look at Adafruit's similar case pictures... you will see the correct Pi4 case there is an extra bump in the upper heatsink for a second chip...and on the bottom Pi4 heatsink they have removed the bump because a chip is no longer there. I did some tweaking on this one I bought before I realized it was the wrong one.

Effective for low-load applications
The heat sink was easy to install, and it effectively lowered the temperatures around 10-12 C (went from ~59 C under a relatively low load to about 45-50 C). I only use my device to run Pi-Hole, so the demand on the processor is fairly low. I like the passive cooling solution for my use-case, but if I intended to use it under more demanding circumstances, I'd buy a heat sink with active cooling. Note: I have read a number of reviews indicating fitment issues (tolerances between the heat sink and cpu heat spreader were too great), but I did not experience such issues. The thermal pad for the cpu is pretty thick though...presumably to address the issues raised by previous reviewers.

Decent case
Decent case, fit great. So far, no issues with overheating or signal distortion. Only real complaint is the heat tape is pretty low-quality
