Love the options on the torch. Sturdy, weighty feel (expensive feel, good value). One button controls all. The brightness is set to "bright and brighter" but no problem here. UV works well - a dark room and everything glows and from a distance of a few metres also. The ONLY niggle is that if you skip the required light, you have to skip through all the other light settings to get back. Comfortable to hold, doesn't take up too much space and has a secure strap. All round good piece of kit. All lighting features: "Off," Solid light, brighter solid light, SOS/repeating flash and genuine UV.Thanks guys - very happy 😊

Wow!! I'm always skeptical about torches, especially UV ones as they've always not been as bright/powerful, but this one really is the mutts nuts!! It's got a nice weight to it and the lense can be adjusted by a simple up and down movement. You can change the type of torch light required by clicking the button at the end.It's packs a lot of powerful brightness for such a small torch! The strobe function would definitely be handy for dog walkers/runners etc or even in an emergency situation. The UV torch is the best bit though!! That's some serious CSI forensics type stuff going on there!! Picks up absolutely EVERYTHING and all the UV markers on bank notes (handy as I work in retail). I love the fact its also rechargeable too!

Love this torch! Good weight, super bright. My only criticism is that turning it on or off switches the mode too, so it doesn't keep to whatever setting you prefer leaving it on. I freak out every time I switch it on and get the strobe if I'm not expecting it. I'm not sure if it should come with a warning for people with photosensitive epilepsy, as I don't have the condition, but I think it's something that should be looked into.EDIT: added a star back as UV going out was an early indication the battery needed recharging. All working again now!

I own 3 of these and i have broken one. You get the same basic build quality as you would with any metal torch. I used the spiked edge to break open some sand bags and it broke the torch. Upon disassembly to attempt a repair i found that there are rubber gaskets to prevent water egress and the leds have impressive cooling.100% recommended (just try not to smash them about multiple times)

Torch arrived, well within delivery date & well packagedNeeded charging when it arrived but that was easily done .Brightness excellent & I particularly liked the ability to change from narrow beam to widespread coverage .All in all it seems good value for money .Jonno--Herts

Brightness great - I use pieces of tracing paper to create the best backlighting & paint the subject with UV from both sides.Best to read up which elements reflect UV & re-emit and choose best flowers with pollen that glows. My 1st back drop was a tiled surface that glowed a violet crystal structure.If you aren't one for super deep cleaning - best not to shine around your cooker hood - looks more like a Ragu sauce crime scene !!!!!

Good Brightness, value for money, easy to handle. Different adjustments. Just that it becomes warm after using for a long time

Absolutely love it. Decent weght to it. The belt clip is detachable thank god! Very bright. Only thjng id say is i wish the cable for the charger was longer.

I bought it about a year and a half ago. I used a couple of times. It worked fine. Now I had a look at it I see that the UV is not working anymore and only the white LED works.

La lampe est résistante et massive.La fonction lumière est très bonne et la fonction UV est bluffante.Seul défaut est qu'elle consomme très vite la batterie.

De entrada se aprecia la calidad de construcción, completamente metálica. La luz ultravioleta es efectiva y la luminosidad de la luz convencional es muy buena. Teniendo en cuenta que dispone de batería recargable, resulta muy completa por el precio.

Die Lampe ist sehr stabil und aus Metall gefertigt. Der Leuchtkegel läßt sich durch Schieben regulieren. Durch einen kräftigen Druck auf den Einschalter am hinteren Ende der Lampe wird diese eingeschalten und leichtere folgende Tastenbetätigungen ändern den Modi von starkem Licht zu gedämpftem, zu Intervall und UV/Schwarzlicht. Letzteres benötigte ich zum Härten von speziellen Klebern. Von Vorteil ist der per USB aufladbare Akku, falls mal kein Geschäft in der Nähe sein sollte, um Batterien zu kaufen. Ich kann nichts Nachteiliges an der Lampe feststellen.
