I have used the Peppermint Beads for several years now, I really like them as they are very potent drops of peppermint that opens your airways and freshen your breath. Plus I like them if I feel like I need something sweet to eat, although these are not by any means sweet; they just satisfy that craving and a caveat is they can help with upset tummy's (the ginger beads are better for that though).

These beadlets are a life saver for nausea and morning sickness! They help when nothing else does.

Refreshing, no sugar added. One or two help me to perk up during the afternoon slump.

I was recommended these by my NP for when I am stressed or anxious and they work great! I pop one in my mouth and they feel so refreshing and help me take deep breaths. The taste is REALLT strong, so be wary of that!

I can’t live without these anymore! They really help aid digestion and are amazing to get rid of nausea. I swear by them and think everyone should take them after meals to aid digestion or for those who suffer with nausea often. They are very strong so don’t need many and they last a good few months so definite value for money.

These tiny peppermint capsules come in a handy little vial - perfect to fit in my handbag. Pop one in your mouth and bite on it to release the peppermint. I suffer from IBS and these are perfect to settle my stomach.

I don’t know what I would do without these.! I have tried every over-the-counter medication for bloating and upset stomach and nothing works like these. They also give you a great breath!
