Box came stained
Fourth time I ordered this and the box came stained this time. The plastic inside seems intact tho. The order came in as bulk with other items, none of which could cause any staining.

Works great!
Have been using it for the past 6 months and when I changed it, wow, judging from all the grease on the filter, it works really well! My hood vent into my cabinet and as the other reviewer pointed out, the cabinet does not have any grease or buildup. I think 20 bucks for every 6 months is worth it! Just wish they have a subscription plan.

They work great, to the point where I'm reconsidering finishing the installation to make it a ducted exhaust.

Returned. Ended up venting hood. Plastic good quality

some manufacturer defects
THe oven temperature on/off knob was put on as a "sticker." The sticker is peeling off, so its difficult to see what temperature I'm turning the oven on to. THe rubber feet on the bottom of the stove grates fall off and melt. Now that the stove is 2 years old they want me to buy both of these items. These are both obviously manufacture defects, that have not been damaged by me. Just frustrating that I paid $2400 for a stove and their customer service is so bad.
