Duke Nukem 3D: Atomic Edition

I played this game back in the 90s when it first came out and to date haven't found a first person shooter I like better. Because I lost my vision to glaucoma in 2012, I can no longer play this game as is, but I've heard that there is an ongoing project to make an audio only version of the game, but to play it, you have to have the original game. So this isn't to play, it's so I can play the audio only version should it ever get released.

Duke Nukem 3D/Atomic came in the mail as described and runs perfectly. Though about the only thing you need to run the game is DOSbox. I know everyone who has written a reviwe on 3D claims it as the one that helped make FPS games what they are today, and it did. Though if you want an old school shooter that's just easy to get into, and a lot of fun to play get Duke Nukem 3D or Atomic Edition. Both a lot of fun, and very entertaining.

Is one of the best shooters that started off an new era of video gaming.It's a great non stop action all the way to end where you meet the final boss. A TOTAL KICK. 3D Realms was really with the times when Duke Nukem 3D was released. Replaying this game over never gets boring, and really gets you psyched for the new and upcoming game for where Duke Nukem 3D left off.

Great game from the 90's when I played it at a younger age. I am 32 and I still like playing it!

You already know this game is the best. Babes, Booze, Roids, And Redlight antics. The penultimate 90's guy is eternal.

You can get the download for six bucks on GOG.com, and install/uninstall any time you wish -- not sure why anyone would pay almost 300 dollars for the hard copy.
