Love this stuff!!!
I have used coffee cruda for years nightly. This dilution works best for me for peaceful sleep. It also works if you wake up and want to go back to sleep before you start thinking....

Surprisingly works
I have had trouble sleeping most of my life and have tried a lot of different sleeping aides ranging from over the counter to prescription. I used to use a different boiron product for sleep and it was out of stock so I did some searching and found this. I’ve been using it for a few months now and I find that most of the time it helps me fall asleep faster and stay asleep longer. My other boiron product is back in stock- but I ended up ordering more of these instead.
