Yogamatters Standard Buckwheat Yoga Bolster

When I ordered this I knew it would be too large in diameter for me but it is very easy to remove as much filling as necessary to make it perfect.When fully filled it is rather heavy. Description said 4kg but it was actually nearer to 5kg. It is still more than 4kg with a lot of filling removed.

I have used more sturdy bolsters in yoga studios which seemed more harder and less forgiving. This is great as it seems to mould more, while still giving the same posture support for the restorative week's practice.

I bought this to use however it’s like lifting a dead weight around, in other words I find it heavy, tried it out at home with my yoga video it would be better if it was oblong with less stuffing.

Buckwheat feels so much pleasing than the other versions, a gentle rustling sound as it adjusts to your weight

I've used this bolster in yoga studios. It's great to finally have one of my own at home. It's great for a yin/restorative practice.

I brought this bolster for my daughter and love it so much I brought another one for myself. Great for Restorative yoga or for just using as a relaxing prop. Lovely deep colours and great quality fabric. Highly recommend.
