This is a quality product. The squeeze is very supportive. It's very adjustable and it seems well made.It's made from heavy duty elastic, Has 3 rows of hook and eye attachments on 3 thick straps, It is really just strong thick strong elastic, and Bra strap hooksThe only thing I didn't like was hooking all the hooks. It's a little difficult for me to attach them with my arthritisI felt nice and I felt snugged up and I liked that I can adjust 3 different levels of hooks and 3 different areas and kind of adjust the bands themselves across my body.It enhanced my shape and I felt confident and held in.I debated on keeping it and wearing it under clothes to help with my back problems, and to help squeeze in my lower abdomen pooch.But hooking and unhooking all of those eyes just it's too much for me, so I had to return it.I didn't get to wear it except for a minute or 2 to try it on so I really can't attest to the Movement, comfort, or breathing ability.

I had been looking for a waist trainer for a while and I saw this one was at a really good price so I decided to buy it quick shipping I opened the package and to my surprise the waist trainer was better than what I was expecting it to be it's nice and sturdy and it's also been helping me with my posture I'm very glad I finally got this one it's comfortable easy to adjust and I wear mine all day I'll be back to post picture updates! One of the best waist trainers I’ve never used. Super comfortable on the inside, doesn’t chafe at all. The exterior straps make it more diverse so I can make it as tight as I would like it to be. Overall, wonderful product. I have no complaints!!

Pretty much exactly as described. I like how it has a velcro strap on each side so each side of your waist is strapped evenly.

This waist band is very sturdy and supportive. It helps my posture and helps my belly feel supported and firm!

This belt is really good. It helps really well with back support while I’m working out and helps hold my abs in for certain exercises. It’s really comfortable as well and really gets me to sweat! Great for the price!

I read so many reviews before purchasing. I am a big girl and already born with an hourglass figure but there is a fat roll above and below the waist. I got this to try to flatten especially the fat roll above the waist and below the breast. Multiple reviews said it does not roll up. That's not the case for me. The bottom section rolls up every time I sit down or bend over and I have to adjust it multiple times through the day. The top two sections are on middle set of hooks but to help remedy the roll up I've tried the biggest size but it still rolls up. I had to come out of it in the parking lot of the gym because there was no way I could go in and work out with it and have to keep adjusting. I'm going to try to wear it as some have, just around the house or in the evening when I'm working at home. But for those of us with the fat roll below the natural waist....be aware if WILL roll up front and back.

Initially i thought this product was really good, i have used it twice whilst jogging for approx 40 minutes per use. It kept my back in a perfect upright position and stopped me from slouching, but i haven’t noticed any other benefits just yet since i only used it twice.However, after removing the band after my second jog today i noticed that the inside material is tearing. Im really disappointed about this due to how new the product is and lack of usage. So sadly i don't think it is a very durable or good quality piece of kit.Maybe buy a more expensive one.

This Belt is by far the Best Training Slimming Belt I have even bought. It covers the whole torso and right away it is very comfortable. It moves with ur body when u are physically active. House work, gym, running or just doing outdoor activities. Keep in mind that you have to get used to it. Your skin has to get use to the temperature change when u wear it. When you workout out you sweat a lot super super sweaty. All u have to do is take a wet cloth with a little little bit of soap and wipe it. The belt itself does not get wet. So u don't have to wash it in the washer. This will stop the belt from loosing its shape and size.The belt is 1 step to getting slimmer. By changing your eating habits and increasing activities you will achieve your goal. This Belt I bought it to loose my Pregnancy Belly!!! It's a great Faja!!!🌹I strongly strongly recommend this belt. You will not need to return it at all!!!

I'm 5'2 and weigh 138 lbs with a waist of 27 inch. I ordered a small but it initially felt too tight so I ordered a medium. The medium felt a little bit loose and thick so I decided to stick to the small since upon trying it again the second day, it felt snug. These waist trainers are to fit tight enough to set your figure nicely and enable you to continue your labor activities. Don't be afraid to first adjust to the size cause it's expected that you'll shrink if you follow a healthy diet and exercise. Another thing is that the waist cincher is noticeable in thin material. It slightly rolls up and fits me a little bit long, reaching exactly under my bosom and extending an inch past my hips. Something to consider.

I love this waist trainer/trimming belt! It's so comfortable and great quality. I wear it for 8 hours a day and it has helped me with my back problem. I bought it for my post pregnancy and even though I've only used it for a few days now, I can see a difference in my stomach. I previously bought a Belly Bandit for $60 and the elastic on that product was too stretchy that it didn't do much for my post pregnancy belly. I'm so happy I bought this waist trainer/trimming belt now. I wear this belt all day while walking around the house holding a 26 pound baby and my back doesn't hurt anymore. I love that it has multiple velcros - one to hold the belt in place and the two side ones to tighten the waist. My waist is 30" and the medium size fits perfectly. Buy this product and you won't be disappointed. I love it so much!
