LOVE IT! Perfect for spot cleaning, stairs, OLD STAINS, and pet badness. With an overnight charge, I was able to clean a carpeted staircase and landing in addition to removing some set-in red-stains left by the previous homeowner. The machine still had a strong charge, so I could have done more. The 15-min charge claim seems very valid in my experience. I was impressed by the job this machine did given its size and that it's cordless (handy!). It was very easy to use, with my only issue being a little trouble getting the dirty-water compartment open at first, but that was user-error. Unlike many carpet shampooers, this one was VERY EASY to clean after use. That's a good thing because, wow - it collected some really gross water. My carpet looked brand new afterward, and it dried reasonably quickly. I used a small amount of Bissell's Oxy-Boost cleaner in addition to the Febreeze-infused cleaner that came with the machine. It worked much better than the ZEP cleaner I'd previously used in a Hoover machine. Impressive removal of a set-in red stain (Kool-Aid?) that I'd previously treated unsuccessfully. That alone was worth the $50 or so spent on the machine and another $10 on the Oxy Boost (I used maybe 2-tablespoons). This would be a great gift for someone with a new pet, baby or space with stairs. Ideal for a car or RV, too. I haven't tried it on upholstery yet, but it offers instructions on doing so. The Bissell Spot Lifter 2x is light and easy to use. I wish I'd had this little machine sooner.

Does a decent job of removing dirt from carpet. Suction action isn't very strong. Primarily purchased this to clean stairs where there isn't a convenient outlet and our heavy upright carpet cleaner cannot be used on them. Cleaning time is only fifteen minutes so we had to clean the area over a period of three days.

Can't wait to use it. This is going to come in so handy. None of the stores I looked at had this in stock. Great buying it online and a great price.

This little machine was a life-saver or should I say a pet-saver for me. I recently acquired my first dog pet. She now is a very good girl and usually uses her pad to go pee. But when she was younger, I was forever dragging out my bigger, corded Bissell Little Green machine, which was heavy and cumbersome. I really was about ready to put an ad in Craigslist to give her to someone else. Now I am happy I did not, but my success was more than 50% due to the convenience of this little machine.I keep the machine plugged in, and full of cleaning solution, and when an accident happens it is really quick and easy to clean it up. It is so small I can keep it in the half bath. And it is so easy to clean it. The front piece is the dirty solution container, and it is so small, you can just run it under the faucet to clean it.Thanks, Bissell. They finally came up with a winner.
