I rarely write reviews, but this bulb planter kit inspired me. I've planted 25 daffodil bulbs so far, and I can't believe how easy it made the work. But only in well tended, moist soil. In the dry patches it was more difficult of course. If you've struggled to finish your bulb planting, this is the way to finish your project. It only takes a few minutes to figure out the motions and technique, and if your soil is well tended and has good structure, you can plant one bulb in less than 30 seconds! With the the metal planting dibber, you can extend the hole depth to 6 inches. My only concern with this product is that it might not be very sturdy in the long run. The handle is plastic so will likely wear down or crack over time. Still, for the price I think it's a great value. I only gave it 4 stars because I'm unsure of its durability.

Overall a good product and good value. I thought I would use the dibbler for planting some small bulbs, but found the bulb planter more useful. I used it to pull out the soil to the proper depth and then planted 3 or 4 crocus in each hole.

I just planted 100 strawberry plants using this bulb planter. It saved a tremendous amount of time and was much easier to plant the strawberries instead of using a trowel. We then went on to plant tomatoes, pepper and eggplants using it.

I loved the red awl tool. It was very useful planting smaller bulbs. The digging tool got stiff after only a couple uses. Overall ok product to plant spring bulbs.

I’ve never planted bulbs before so I got this tool to help. Works great. Now, let’s just see if the bulbs bloom next spring!

Used the bulb planter to plant 60 bulbs after receiving it. Worked well.

The tools are great. Easy to create a hole for plant bulbs, a little tricky to let the soil back out again, but not too big a deal!

These are ok but planter is a bit stiff & needs a bit of oil and it does NOT include the gloves as in the picture...

The bulb planter is very good and I was able to plant the bulbs much quicker than with a trowel. It is sturdy as well.
