DO BOT BUY! Terrible quality. Sold as a flexible Gel product, but it hardens like stone upon cooling and cannot be used as a flexible Gel pack. Wrong product description by Seller. I received it today and am stuck with the poor quality product because the Seller has listed it as non-returnable. Seller has priced it cheap and is fooling the customers. Seller is just palming off a substandard product to unsuspecting customers without any accountability! Do not trust a Seller who fools customers like this!!
