ALREADY REPLACED WITHIN A MONTH OF BUYING DUE TO THIS PHONE BEING SUCH LOW QUALITYWithout any doubt, this is the worst phone I have ever owned in my entire life. Running on an out of date version of android, takes over an hour to load a 10 second video on youtube with 5 bars of 3G data, and cannot physically synchronise video and audio anyway. due to the phone arriving pre-rooted I cannot even sign in to gMail and this is a security risk. Works fine for 2 weeks, then fails consistently from the day the return period expired.I cancelled my amazon prime account due to this phone arriving in such poor condition that it is barely usable.cannot install up to date apps at allcannot play facebook videos at allcannot recognize a face with a beard or glasses, I have bothfingerprint scanner is on the screen, not the weird metal thing on the rear of the phone which actually does not serve any purpose at allscreen does not work with the slightest bit of moisture on the screen, so if you drip sweat onto it while on the phone, good luck hanging upalarms regularly fail to go offwhile typing, your cursor will move from the end of the word, to the middle without your command,making long messages impossible to type using this phone. this makes one key feature of the phone almost unusablethe fact this phone comes pre-rooted prevents you from opening the camera through other apps such as the out-of-date versions of facebook, snapchat, instagram, etc, meaning social media apps are unusablecannot sign in to email accountsregularly claims to have no internet connection when there is a full signalcannot sign in to MyVodafone, so cannot pay my bills with this phonecannot play even the simplest games, as they cannot open without hard crashing the devicecannot install ,ore than 3 apps, as the memory is limited to less than 100MBcannot read my SD cards (i own 5, 0 of which would register as connected to this phone, but they work with the one I bought to replace it)GPS location is set to Norway, I am in England. This means the entire location services will not work with anythingALREADY REPLACED WITHIN A MONTH OF BUYING DUE TO THIS PHONE BEING SUCH LOW QUALITYthis "phone" has been falsely advertised using predatory techniques and should be removed from sale. the fact amazon would even carry such a shoddy product on this site has given me such a sense of distrust that I have deactivated my entire prime account, not like there was anything worth watching on Prime Video anyway, something else that you cannot sign in to using this phone due to security issuesHad this phone been produced within the UK the company would be shut down.Had this phone been sold to me via any other provider, they would be liable for some hefty fines.I regret purchasing this phone and I was literally given the money to get it, and still feel majorly ripped off.

Battery life is next tae NON EXISTANT,also can NOT TURN PHONE tae watch films on u tube.Was only bought fae a three trails tae stop her using mine,just cheep crap.Dont take notice of reviews saying great fone.Update on this item ,it's now the 12th and it's given up the ghost,Screen is full of Chinese gobbly de goop, took battery out as it wouldn't switch off.Put battery back in and it's scrolling chinese gobbledegoop again.Given up with it,stamped on it and it's in the dustbin,Buy at.ye own peril.

I get it as a spare phone when mine was broken plus is that it comes with a cover and screen protector which is quite niceI would say they might be good for older people if they do not expect much from mobile phone or maybe for younger kids if they want to get a first mobile phoneEasy to use,worth the money

It was a cheap smart phone it is a cheap smart phone.As a phone it's ok but all its functions are clunky.Good to have if you are in a fix or as a backup but not a pleasure to use.If I was to put it in car terms it's like a kit car. Looks like a Porsche but has a old land rover engine fitted. It will get you there but it wasn't the experience you hoped for.

This is a great phone for its price, but it is to made clear a budget phone. I paid this amount as my mum has broke every other phone I've gave her. this phone is good and is the same as every other android phone out there. the battery lasts the day atm as its new. the camera is alright. only buy this phone if you want a cheap phone. I would consider buying again as its so cheap.

Did take me a bit of time installing SIM card into phone, but I eventually did it, the phone works brilliant only problem I have is turning alarm off, can you possibly help with this as I’m partially sighted. Thank You. Joseph

This phone is pretty crappy for a main phone. I used as a backup but even then I had to stop using it. The camera is truly awful and has fake cameras on the back apart from one by looks of it. It’s got all of the specs u would want of a phone but none of which are to a great quality. Needs to ditch the finger print scanner and extra camera and the other tricks and invest the money back in to the camera

There was a fault on the phone after it arrived and I was disappointed with it after it was set up. It would not pick up a Mobile Network and it was decided There was a fault on it. It was returned for a refund.
