Product did not come with proper instructions. Esp with a complicated, multiple clasp set up, directions, a picture, anything, would have been great. Instead, the four of us (I purchased four for a specific occasion) spent well over an hour laying it out after a tedious untangling and worked together to figure out how to wear. Then, they didn't stay on head and we had to use bobby pins and then try to hide those under our hair for aesthetics. At least they were not expensive as none of us have a desire to go thru that process again to wear at another event, esp without help!
