Just put this flag on the boat this past Labor Day weekend and so far is holding up well. we'll see how long it lasts...we simply attached with heavy duty zip ties to the aluminum poles for the canopy; I hope it lasts for a long time as we tend to use the boat every weekend (weather permitting) We don't put our boat in storage as we live in the Southeastern USA and can typically use the boat throughout the Fall and sometimes even in the Winter, so this flag will be put to the test! Seems to be put together very well...lots of stitching and the colors are bright. our boat is covered when not in use, so the flag shouldn't fade but I will check back in a few months with an update.

Flag material seems sturdy; it's been around the lake a few times, some at pretty good speed, and seems like it has held up well.

This is nicely made flag, made in the U.S.A. It has the feel and construction of a real flag. I fly it on a small, homemade flagpole in my front yard. I used zip ties to lash it to some eye screws. It works well and looks great. It fills me with patriotic pride. My only disappointment is that because it it so well made it is heavy, so light breezes won't fly it. But in a little more wind it flies well. I say don't hesitate, just go ahead and buy it. You won't be disappointed. And it's not MADE IN CHINA.Update: April 2023 this flag looks great 8 years later. I'm an X boater now. I fly this flag on my home using a Teak Flagpole I kept from my boat, it was a special gift.This flag is designed for the weather. LIke I said I'm familiar with Taylor due to having my boat fenders all taylor.Matter of fact the co used to have a policy if the fender fails for any reason take it to any boat dealer and they replace it free. I tried it and it worked.I will take the flag down in the late fall and not fly it during the winter months so it may last me longer then someone who flies it year round.I would have liked to been able to buy like a packet of three instead of just the one. Easier that way.
