Strawberry Meringue Crumble is a fantastic innovation from Pidy, perfect for decorating patisserie, sweets, ice-cream, mousses and desserts to give added texture, taste and visual appeal. It has a very full, rounded and accurate Strawberry taste. Made with sugar, eggwhite and strawberry flavour (plus a little thickener) and graded in size to 3mm < 8mm pieces, it is supplied in a 190g plastic tub which incorporates both a pourer and a shaker for dispensing the crumble. -
