Great Quality!
I was hesitant at first buying this product, however, it was extremely easy to assemble by myself. The drawers themselves are deep enough to fit a lot per drawer and the plastic drawers are very thick. I purchased this as a way to give my daughter an option to do art freely. It holds so much that I have a couple empty drawers because I’m unsure what to put in them that we don’t already have (which is a lot). My daughter is 4 by the way and it can withstand her not so gentle touches. lol Not a scratch,Dent or any issue. It’s also sturdy and I’m not worried about it tipping over. The wheels on the bottom are great to move it easily around and the locks are a nice touch when you don’t want it moving.

Good value, particularly compared to alternatives
I have purchased a couple of these Giantex racks, the 20 small drawer version with all small drawers and the slightly smaller one with 4 big drawers and 8 small ones and the review applies equally to both.I grade on a curve, and the curve is based on what else you can get for a similar price. For whatever reason plastic shelf rack units like this are always more expensive than it seems like they should be. I use these to organize miniatures and plastic bits for some of my tabletop games and my initial inclination was to look at B&M stores as the plastic these are made out of is often brittle and prone to breaking during shipment (long ago: I was a shipping and receiving clerk for Bed Bath & Beyond and we sent back dozens of these types of things each month due to this). After some looking around, I decided to take a chance on these, as anything available in my local stores cost twice as much for half as much storage. The units come disassembled, but assembly only requires you to use an allen wrench on the frame and to do some hand screwing to get the small drawer knobs attached. The shelves, if assembled properly (yes, tighten the rails down tightly and make sure the bits that the wheels are slotted into on the bottom are actually jammed as far in as they go) seem very structurally sound and I have had zero issues with tippiness or other related issues. Obvious caveats apply: heaviest stuff needs to be on the bottom, make sure you tighten alternating sides and then do the final super tight down at the end, etc, etc.In use you do want to keep the total weight that each shelf is holding in mind, as they are just plastic shelves resting on metal runners and too much weight would undoubtedly make them bow and eventually break, but as long as you aren't storing metal washers or other super heavy items in quantity they should hold up.Overall, I think these kinds of things are inherently priced higher than it seems like they should be, but if the shelf size fits what you want to store it is hard to argue with the value here. I love mine and expect to buy additional units as my storage needs increase in the future.Last note:Of the two units I have, one had one small shelf that had corner damage due to shipping, but it wasn't significant enough for me to send it back or ask for a replacement, as it still works fine. As I alluded to above, I expect that to some degree with these units as it is just the nature of the plastic they use. If that is something that would bother you, that is the one case where I would highly suggest finding something at a B&M store and opening it in store to ask for replacements then as this is the unfortunate nature of these types of units.

Drawers are not the deep
I use this for my bow business. Really wish the drawers were a bit deeper but other than that its wonderful

Light weight papers and supplies Perfect
Used it to store decoupage napkins and papers. Perfect for this application. Not too hard to put together, my niece (14yo) did most of the work. Stylish too. Very happy with this purchase for my light weight items that needed sorting and organizing.

Nice organizer, but drawers were broken
This is a nice organizer for my classroom and I really love the color but, during assembly, I noticed that some of the drawers were unfortunately broken. Some of the drawers were pretty dirty, too, despite them being in a protective film upon delivery.

Love it.
There are a lot of negative reviews about this not being sturdy and coming loose. Because of that I put super glue on and around the back of the bolt heads when I put it together. This holds it very sturdy, there is no wobbly feeling. My drawers were intact. There was one tiny corner piece broken off of one, and again, I super glued it and it is perfect. For the price this is a great buy. Things just aren't made like they used to be, but with this easy fix, you will be very happy with it. This cart works great for holding all my cake decorating supplies. Nice size storage drawers and pretty too.

Very flimsy... don't buy
I've had it for a few weeks now, at first it was fine at best. Some of the drawers don't line up perfectly so it makes them harder tu pull. After a few weeks of little to no use, i found i needed to retighten EVERY screw once a week or the whole thing will just fall apart. It is very flimsy, i will not buy this again.
