Metal Loft Bunk Bed Loft Bed with Ladder and Safety Rails Black Finish Room Dormitory

I bought this bed in large part based on the five-star reviews, but this was only two reviews. I should have known better.Here's why I listed this as only two stars:-1 star: box was not damaged but several parts inside were dented and scratched. This means that the seller knowingly packaged defective parts. To be sure, this amounts to cosmetic, not functional damage, and I was still able to assemble the bed just fine, but this is what you expect out of a used item at Goodwill, not bought "as new".-1 star: This product is NOT suitable for non-experienced DIYers. This is my third metal loft bed to assemble, so I have some experience with these (and like them!). But this was by far the trickiest one to assemble. The instructions were vague--pictures were not as clear and detailed as they could be, and the lack of standard English took some working through. The best part of the instructions was the warning to not tighten anything down until you had the whole thing assembled. Customers new to assembling metal products would be very well advised to pay careful attention to this! However, even leaving all parts as loose as possible it still took a LOT of wiggling and wriggling to make things fit (and then tighten) properly. This indicates to me a lack of precision manufacturing, which would have obviated all the finessing I had to put in to make it work.-1 star: The description CLEARLY states that this is a "Bunk Bed WITH DESK" (emphasis mine) but NO DESK was shipped. The "with desk" was THE reason I chose this over other choices, and I was UTTERLY DECEIVED. I am lodging a complaint with Amazon--we'll see how this resolves. There is a remote chance that the desk came in a different package and somehow missed us (but it's been two days and no separate package has arrived, so I doubt it), and if so I will revise my comments accordingly. But that would be a rather begrudging one star added back in.In summary, I should not have trusted a product with only two, and rather perfunctory (possibly "planted"?) reviews. Kind reader, please learn from my mistake.I ordered, and received, "Metal Loft Bunk Bed with Desk Loft Bed with Ladder and Safety Rails Black Finish Room Dormitory". Well--kind of. I received the bed and all bed parts all right, but NO DESK. I actually bought this thinking that it included the matching chair in the picture, too. But the product description title (above, in quotes) didn't mention that. I also notice that down in the product description details it describes the contents as follows, "Package Includes 1xBunk Bed Frame Enough X Screws." But, no desk, no chair. My issue is, your product title CLEARLY says "WITH DESK" but there's NO DESK. Deceptive, misleading and a DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER. I EXPECT some sort of compensation.

It is not sturdy enough.i builed it rite and strong.the way it is planed does not give it sturdines
