Q: Is this the same as the old design ultra forte?

No, i have used it for many years and it has changed. I don’t like it. It is heavier and doesn’t work as well as the former on my fine hair. If you are going for spiky hair it would probably work well but I will not purchase it again.

Q: How does this "gel" compare to Keune's style curl "cream" for curly and wavy hair? Does it make your hair stiff?

I found the cream makes my hair stiff & with the gel I don’t use as much & no it doesn’t make it stiff
