Great customer service and nice product
I purchased the canopy for family summer camping and for my kids softball tournament. The attached netting is extremely useful and that's one of the reasons why we purchased this product. It made a huge difference in the summer night to keep bugs away. It worked so well that people from the nearby campsite asked us where we bought the canopy. It also held up well in rainy days. Set up is pretty easy, too. We did have issue with the frame broken when we tried to close it but it's probably due to the human error as we were hurry to leave. Martina from the customer service is super useful and answer our request super fast. She followed up on the process of sending out the replacement parts and make sure we were satisfied with the product. There are many similar canopy sellers out there but I can say Quictent's customer service is unbeatable. Will definitely recommend their products to our friends.

Good canopy for shade on your patio.
This canopy seems sturdy, we did add weights to the bottom for it to be secure. Set up was not bad once we figured out how the sides clicked into place. When we were setting up the mesh screen, I found a rip in the corner, I contacted customer service and worked with Milka to get a replacement mesh screen. We received the replacement screen about 3 days later. We are happy with this purchase as it provides a good shade for our patio.

Torn mesh :(
The mesh screen was torn and there were little glue droplets on the mesh when I took it out the packaging. Everything else was good; easy set up, easy take down and easy storage. Good value for money.

Solid tent, good customer service
The tent (with two able bodied people) is easy to raise and we like the green color very much. It feels sturdy and will provide the sun and bug protection we need in our backyard during summer months. The panels that wrap around the tent were the incorrect size, however, the customer service was friendly and quick to respond, resolving the issue quickly.

Camping
I like the product. The only thing with this product. It is not very strong in high winds situations. It rips across the top and down the sings.

Nice canopy
My wife and I put the canopy up on the "verandah", it went up rather easily. It only took about a half hour, 45 minutes. It does seem to pretty well made. I was surprised the netting is 2 pieces. So of course there can only be 2 entrances, the pictures are a bit miss leading. But we're happy with it.

Good short-term shelter for fair weather, five-star customer support
TL;DR: If you want a temporary structure to protect a few people from sun and bugs in good weather this thing is hard to criticize. Not the kind of thing you can just leave up unattended if it rains though.Setup was a bit difficult with one person. The step where you lock the top in place before you extend the legs was a bit more difficult as you're putting the fabric topper in tension with the same move, and the three legs you're not working on like to slip down while you're trying to lock one in. I got there, but there was some head-scratching first and then some strategic clamping involved. I think even one other person would have made it a lot easier though. That isn't unique to this canopy of course. I think it was probably as easy as any I've put up before. The fit and finish are also a bit messy. There are loose threads where things like the little straps and the logo panel are sewn onto the topper and the placement of these things isn't quite square. There are similar small defects in the screen walls. No holes or anything like that. The topper itself and the velcro patches in the corners are very square and a tight fit on the frame when it's opened up. The walls likewise fit very tightly and form a solid barrier when velcro-ed in place.Once all set up and secured with stakes and tie-downs the canopy holds up well to wind and provides solid protection from the sun. The biggest problem so far has been with rain. The sides of the frame aren't braced from the middle, so if there is enough wind against one side the topper slackens and cups ever so slightly. If it is raining at the time the cup fills up with water to the point where it permanently deforms the frame and stretches the fabric. If you are in it at the time you can just keep pushing the fabric up to dump the water away before it becomes a problem, but it has not fared well as a seasonal structure on my deck. Two decent rainstorms in the course of three weeks caused this cupping phenomenon on one side each. To its credit it didn't collapse despite a significant amount of water weight it wasn't designed to take.I reached out to the company about it and they were willing to replace the damaged parts to rectify the issue, which seems almost incredible to me these days. I thought about it but I ultimately declined because I don't think the damage happened because anything was defective, I was just asking for too much from it. Absolutely five stars on their customer service though. If your use case doesn't involve leaving it unattended in the rain I think this canopy is a pretty good value.

Exactly what I wanted
I wanted something that would be easy to put up and take down, ideally by myself. I am a female and could not put it up by myself. I spread the material but could not fix the legs to stand properly. However, when a contractor came in for something else, he put it up in three minutes (meaning fixed all the legs (they have to click on the top!). Better to have two people for setting it up, for sure.I use it as my outdoor office. I kept computer monitors inside the gazebo even during light rain when there is no wind. The rain does not go through the roof but can reach from the sides if the wind blows even a bit, sideways. In my area, there is is a lot of mosquitoes. However, zero mosquitoes inside the gazebo. It works great.I did not add any weight on the bottom. It’s been standing there for a month without any weight or attachment. There has been some windy weather with bad rain (the privacy shields at the back of gazebo fell down) but the gazebo did not move. Of course the recommendation is to attach it with something secure, but I didn’t.I have two kittens so I let them inside, however they already figured out how to get out by sneaking under the walls of gazebo (so this is not a permanent solution for cats.)Excellent gazebo. I would highly recommend it as a light option that can be easily removed for the winter.UPDATE 2024. I took it down at the end of 2022 and 2023 season. I washed it in the washing machine after each season. When I tried to put it up in 2024 the metal stands are all fine, however the roof ripped in a few places because I was not careful enough + fabrics became weak after two seasons. I would say roof requires replacement after two seasons. With respect to the net, I also washed it in the washing machine after each season. The net is perfect however I lost zipper lockers during washing and cannot use it now.I am thinking of installing metal permanent hardtop gazebo at this point.

You will need at least two people to assemble.
Product was what I expected. Great place to sit on my deck away from mosquitoes!

Piece of garbage !!!
Do not waste your money on this piece of garbage! It is not waterproof, arrived broken, cheap materials, ripped. I’ve tried contacting the company and they just haven’t bothered responding! I am very sad I wasted so much money on this!

Horrible to set up
After struggling for over an hour to get the top to click into place we gave up!!! Watched the video twice before we even received the shelter. Looked easy. And it was until it came time to get the legs to snap into place. So, it is all packed up ready to return. Disappointed to say the least. Way too much $$ to have this kind of struggle. All we can figure is......the 'button' does not line up with hole. Poorly engineered.
