Good book, but I think it shrank... At least when it compares to what I expected next to the other books available.If you are preparing for the OSA test, use "ITIL® Service Operations" By Axelos (ISBN: 9780113313075). It's the only book referenced in the test syllabus.

This little reference book provided "big picture" information to the respected facts and where to find it within the core books. I would recommend this book to reinforce and keep someone focus to what is required on the OSA test.

Wish I knew this was a "pocket" book. Not sure what to expect from it, received it today. Looks like one of those small pocket dictionaries you carry around with you when traveling. Once read, will come back for additional review details.
