This conversion kit is for Presta wheels only, so it will not work if you have a Schrader valve stem hole on your wheels. I would recommend that you clean your rim before applying the rim tape. After you apply the rim tape, make sure to inflate the whole wheel with “TUBE” overnight to help the tape fully seated on to the surface of the rim. Then you can remove the tube, and mount your tubeless valves. After removing the valve core, inject the sealant. You can pump up your tires with a hand pump, but if that doesn't work, you will need an air compressor. Once you have pumped up the tire with the tire bead properly seated, quickly put the valve core back and tighten it. Then pump up your tire to the correct PSI. To let the sealant spread evenly and seal any pin holes, go out on a short ride. There are also many helpful YouTube videos for tubeless conversions.

The stems are great and there is plenty of tape but I wish it came with more sealant. These small bottles are great for taking on trails but they only barely meet the minimum amount of sealant needed. I ordered a 16 ounce bottle at the same time and just used it. I kept the small bottles for emergencies. Lastly, I saw reviews saying the tape isn't sticky enough. I found that if you slightly stretch the tape as you apply it, it sticks so much better. I have had 0 issues so far (knock on wood.) If it came with 3-4 bottles of sealant, I would've given it 5 stars!

Works Ok
Easy to install. A larger volume of fluid would improve performance and sealing time. Took a coupe days of riding to finally seat.

Cheap and easy
Was exactly what I needed to go tubeless on my Maxxis tires. Very simple. Can't believe I almost paid $30 to have my tires done by someone else.

Excellent value
This kit delivered as advertised. More than enough rim tape and sealant for my rims with some left over.
