I know I'm late writing a review but i wanted to give it some time to make sure that everything worked as it was supposed to. So here goes, the product was delivered on time, kudos for that. It charges in an appropriate time not too long like some of the others, the casing is durable and removable which means i can clean it when necessary, I love the cover over the ports that saves from dust and dirt etc... from getting in and it charges your phone really fast which is great. All in all it is a really good buy. The only drawback is they claimed it would charge your phone 3 times and it more like 2 times, if you're completely out of juice you might be able to get 30 - 40% on the last charge the bigger products like tabs definitely 2 times. It is great though. I recommend you definitely buy one if you're always on the move like I am. Have not tested the water proof aspect as yet will do that next weekend when I go to the beach.

Charges itself just fine, and the indicator display is a handy tool to see how much juice it has left, but I've tried charging other devices and every time it just shuts itself down automatically after a few seconds, which ends up making the item rather useless for me. not sure if it's faulty or what but it's not what I was hoping for given the "rugged, dependable" sales pitch.

Works great and it charges my 7'' fire tablet fully and phone easily and quicker than any other power bank that I have used. The flashlight is nice and bright and the indicator LED lights are a real bonus as well as the soft grip exterior although it does make me a bit nervous that it may just slide out of my hands and across the street being that it is a little slippery. All in all I am looking at getting the larger one too. I cant say that there are any real complaints so good job Simian.

Just note that the cable included for I-phones is not a universal fit. Only important if you don't want to fool with multiple cables.
