Received an ordinary iron tawa. Its not at all pre seasoned.

Writing this review after 2 months of use: - initially it worked well for only few days..but after that all dasa/utthapa started sticking to pan...also middle portion of dosa will get burnt immediately

It is not at all preseasoned. I have collection of lodge cookware which works excellent beyond doubt. I thought I will try an Indian brand this time. To my disappointment, it was utter disaster. I followed all the instructions prior to first use correctly. When dosa kept sticking to the pan, I again repeated the seasoning procedure again. I gave wash only with mild soap and lukewarm water. Heat distribution is even, but dosa keeps sticking completely to the pan. Not at all worth the money. Better go for reputed brands.

Been using this for a while now. Finished well and looks elegant. Really good for even heat and good crisping.Cleaning is pretty much just some water on and boil to dislodge anything stuck on, then rinse and store. Can use soap if you deem necessary

I have used many tawas but this is the best .I have bought one dynamic kadai and 2 appam chatti from dynamic and seeing their performance immediately bought the dosa tawa though I already have an old cast iron dosa tawa Even heat distribution easy to clean and behaves like non stick though cast iron

It is not working properly in induction stove. Only the center point is touching the plate and rate is slightly curved and is not touching r the induction plate. So the heat distribution is not happening. Even when I selected the highest 2100w power it took a long time but the dosa didn't get cooked. So it's a waste buy for me as I bought it only for induction.

Pros. Strong and non sticky if done as per the manufactures instructions.Corn. 1. Heavier and hence Costlier too. 2. The back side is not 100% plain. So there is no proper contact with the heater surface when used on Induction heater. So heating is not uniform. It rotates over the heater surface. 3. No idea about the led content. Better if not there.

It is an OK product, inspire of following all cleaning and storing instructions, still not the same as we would get in the olden days. slight rust spots,
