I've got just one run in with these shoes, but I am very impressed. It was a funny process, as my thoughts went from good, to bad, to great.It started off good. I slipped the shoes on and it was the most comfortable pair of running shoes I had ever worn. The mid-foot portion is this sort of sleeve that wraps around your foot and gives a great feel-- sort of like a compression workout shirt or something, but not tight. Just a snug sensation around the foot. My toes had plenty of room, and the sole felt soft. Awesome.Then it went a bit bad. I started running at a warm-up pace, and suddenly I'm more conscious of the sleeve effect-- hmm, I imagine some people may not like this. I was okay with it, but starting to have my doubts. Then I start feeling the medial arch support driving into my foot, and I'm not liking it. The sole suddenly feels too squishy and unsupportive; like the sole is flattening out underneath me in an uneven way and that I can roll my ankle because of it.Then it went great. I picked up the pace, and I couldn't feel the medial arch support anymore. The ride felt firmer but still cushioned. The unsupported squishy sensation went away and the shoes felt very responsive. It made me have a nice, fast run, even though that wasn't on the schedule-- it's like the shoes demanded it.To me it seems pretty clear that these are great race day shoes. They're super-light and perform their best at a faster clip, if that makes any sense. Maybe it's the way I run. But I am very excited to wear these for my next race. My only knock on them would be that I felt every uneven bit on the road. Not in a painful way, but in a way that made me feel like I could still roll my ankle if I wasn't careful. But really it's a trade-off that I don't mind at all. I can always use my other shoes for longer and slower runs.

When I went to order these shoes they didn't have the size that I normally wear 10 1/2. So I decided to try the next size up which of course was the 11's. I was pleasantly surprised when they arrived and when trying them on they fit perfect. I have only had them a little over a week and they are so comfortable. I run and walk on the treadmill at my local gym and can't believe the difference from my older New Balance running shoe. They are just so light and fit very snug with material that seems to me to be of very good quality. I'm not a long distant runner or do marathons but I would have to recommend them and would purchase another pair no problem! I will update these review in the near future to advise of any changes in my opinion.

I ran 800m and above events in High School and College. I used to only wear Brooks. Nothing wrong with Brooks but I wanted to try something different. I also read that it is good to have more then one type of shoe to train with. It helps work different muscles and prevents injury. I settled on this shoe after reading some reviews and trying them on. I use them mainly to run 5K races. The shoe is very light and comfortable. I had a little discomfort in my arches the first few days of training in them (about4-6 mile runs). I chalked it up to the shoes being new and my foot being used to a certain running shoe for so long. After a few days the shoes fit like a glove. I like the elastic loop on the back that help get them around your heel. It is a great trainer shoe and also great for 5k road races. They are fine for shorter distances but have not tested them over a 10K race. I would buy them again if available when it is time for a new pair.

These are absolutely my favorite running shoes! I run about 20-30 miles a week, compete in the occasional 5k, 10k, and half marathon. I will be running my first full marathon within the next year, and I am certain that I will run it in these shoes! I can compare them to Brooks PureCadence and Saucony Kinvara, which are both great shoes. I have completed 2 half marathons in Brooks PureCadence, and they performed well. The New Balance 1500v2 shoes are a bit lighter, and significantly more comfortable than both the PureCadence and Kinvara. I started having problems with the tongue on the Kinvaras after about 50 miles. It caused some discomfort on the top of my foot when running. The tongue on the New Balance 1500v2 is perfect. These shoes are very light, but provide good support and comfort for fast runs and long runs. I am concerned about some of what I have read about the 1500v3, so I bought another pair of v2 (in the orange/red). They are just as good! I am about 5'10" and 185 lbs., so not a skinny runner type. These shoes provide ample support and comfort for my build. In fact, my running efficiency has greatly improved, as has my pace since switching to these shoes.

These are very comfortable running shoes. Light weight and flexible. They didn't even need to be broken in. They arrived in the mail yesterday and I ran 3 miles in them yesterday with arch supports that I bought seprately. One of the arch supports moved around too much and both arch supports made a popping sound every step so I removed the arch supports today and ran another three miles. No sound, and very comfortable without needing to add arch supports. I'm 6'1", weigh 205, and have fairly flat feet and sometimes if I run too much my left knee hurts. I'm thinking that won't happen with these shoes. It's always a gamble ordering shoes online without trying them on first, but this time it paid off. My only criticism is they only come in hunter orange and flourescent yellow. They really stand out on my size 14 feet. Maybe the color will quiet down when they get some dust on them.

Love these shoes. Super comfy, perfect fit. Fit great from th start. Took them to a race a few days after I got them and were perfect for the race. My Yak traxs fit on these perfect as well. I water proofed these for winter snow running as well, but these are so comfy and light I have yet to find a negative about them. They are also flashy, everyone on my run team commented on them, which is a positive in my book.

I returned them as they were wrong but they looked nice for the brief time I observed them

I have used mostly Asics shoes for running and I bought this ones for a change and I have to say that they are one the most confortable pair of shoes i have run with, I would recommend them 100%

This is my second pair! Only down side is the traction when the road is wet.

Great shoes, definitely recommend getting half a size larger than regular size though

Das ist jetzt schon mein 8tes NB Paar Schuhe,..und ich kann sagen passen wie alle anderen super gut,....wenn man das weiß das man ca 1,5 größen ,größer kaufen muss, klappt das auch,....kann die rezension eines anderen hier nicht verstehn das die Schuhe größer geworden sind,..kann ich so nicht wiedergeben,..kann nur sagen alles wie immer , passen super!!!Auf alle Fälle super Laufschuh, leicht wie eine Feder,...passt!

Ero alla ricerca di una scarpa gialo Fluo ho trovato questa e dalle recensioni parlavano di prendere 1-1,5 numeri in più, io porto il 47,5 quindi ho preso questo 49, devo dire però che è un po larghino il 48 sarebbe stato perfetto ma non era disponibile. l'ho tenuta comunque perchè la uso come scarpa da passeggio e non come scarpa per fare sport, bella comunque come estetica e molto leggera.

Questo servizio così a mio Parere non serve a Nulla .. Non è molto che faccio acquisti su Amazon. Per il resto tutto Ok.

Excellent and light shoes! these are really nice and light shoes, perfect to fly and improve your speed when running.

Le pluripremiate 1500v2 sono eccezionali, indossarle è emozionante, il piede scivola dentro che è uno spettacolo. Sembra di correre con delle pantofole ultraperformanti. Occhio al drop di 6mm, se non siete abituati meglio percorrere gradualmente km di prova.

Perfetta unione tra supporto e velocità; scarpe ideali per fare fino alla mezza maratona, reattive è sufficientemente ammortizzate. Buon supporto mediale, non troppo duro, per pronatori lievi o moderati. Leggere e molto traspiranti, calzata avvolgente ma non costrittiva.

Quizás tenga el puente un poco alto para mi pie y termina molestando un poco, pero volveré a comprarla cuando estas estén pulidas.

Sono scarpe leggere, adatte per brevi tratti. Provate questa sera nei 10km, tutto bene, sono uscite alla distanza. Consigliate vivamente

shoe is ok, too tight not enough toe room....will use it for walking instead of running
