I like this thing a lot. We hired movers that stunk up everything. I'm not sure what they did but I know it was gross. We cleaned and cleaned but still had quite the residual smell. I bought this thing to try before we threw everything away and it is amazing. The ozone is like air bleach. This thing kicks it out in high gear. You definitely have to air out for a while with fans on high before returning but it's worth it. It does leave its own odor (very similar to bleach) but after a few days that odor is completely gone and the original odors do not return. I also think you could use this to get rid of squatters and other pests. That ozone will burn your eyes, nose, and throat if you're in it too long.The machine itself seems built for commercial use. It looks and feels heavy duty. Operation is simply turning two dials: one for intensity and one for duration. I just kept intensity at max and modified duration depending on the use. A lot of people said it would ruin electronics but that has not been my experience. We've had no issues or obvious corrosion with the TV or any other appliances.

If you’re ever thinking of hiring a company to remove an odor from your home, don’t do it because odds are they are going to use a product similar to this.

There was a skunk that died in the crawl space of a vacation townhome that had been vacant for several months we were ready to put the townhome on the market but needed the smell gone & since we live 8 hours away everything is time sensitive. There was a problem with the shipper delivering the machine to no fault of the seller, I called the seller & let them know my situation & they immediately got another out and had it there in time for us to use while we were in town. I made the mistake of getting a different, lesser quality machine by a different company called Greentech environmental that actually broke on me anyway. This unit is extremely powerful and sucks up all the bad bacteria that causes any kind of odor and is very good for the health.
