Product arrived used with disgusting residue on it
I did some homework and decided to purchase the fluid2 trainer. I saw some reviews about the trainer delivered not being a new product, and ended up purchasing thinking it was just bad luck on their part. Well after opening the box moments ago, I too have been delivered a used trainer. The trainer has quite a few scuffs/scratches with obvious use and wear and tear. Aside from that there was some kind of disgusting film or residue on the trainer.

NOT NEW PRODUCT
Deceitful advertising. Product was advertised as new but product received was clearly used with scratches all over it.

Missing parts with no resolution
Unit showed up missing parts needed to function. I have contacted the seller with no response. The unit has been sitting here for a week with no way to use it.

Easy setup, but no calibration...
It was relatively easy to put together, is lightweight, and gives me the choice of riding in my living room. But, the included speed/cadence sensor, at least in speed mode, is highly inaccurate. I've not tried it in cadence mode yet, but in speed mode, it reports me as doing 20-30 miles per hour at all times. There is no calibration within the Saris app that I downloaded, which means that I'll always look inhumanly fast in the Rouvy app that I purchased this for.

Saved my cycling routine!
With hot or rainy weather (and later this year, cold and snowy) often derailing my biking routine, I'm so pleased to now have another way to cycle. Although the fit of one of the parts was so tight I had to use a mallet to hammer it in (after watching several videos to make sure I was doing it correctly), the assembly wasn't too difficult. I highly recommend watching a video side by side with assembly. The whirring noise isn't too bad - you get used to it. I would recommend a higher front wheel stand than the cheapest one (which I got, and now have resting on some additional things). You definitely need to raise your front wheel more, or you'll end up with sore arms/wrists. Worth every penny to now be able to cycle indoors while listening to podcasts and audiobooks!

Difficult setup, but worth the effort.
Setup was not easy because 2 different pieces were extremely difficult to fit. On the action bolt, I had to use a hammer, covering the end with a towel so as not to damage. The L bolt required force and a lubricant. But once set up, it works great and worth the effort. Feels great and love the workout. Let's see how much my outdoor riding improves.

High price for normal trainer
Good trainer with higher price, the bluetooth sensor doesn't work and its too big for my Trek Domane Al 3 rear hub to fit in, should come smaller. The upper tube doesnt come with easy movemt, I had to use a hammer to place it on well.

Good Purchase
The Saris Fluid2 bike trainer is solidly built and of high quality, compared to my previous fan-type trainer is quite quiet. It assembled easily and hold the bike very securely. The smart speed/cadence device was not easy to fit to my rear wheel hub owing to tight access through my spokes. Once mounted, however, it paired very easily to Zwift through my iPad. The vendor shipped the trainer in less than a day after I ordered it and it was received on time with no concerns. A good transaction.

Worth the money, smooth ride
Trainer arrived on time, easy assembly. It’s a excellent trainer, very smooth ride. Worth the money. Great timing given the circumstances and no gyms open currently. No regrets.

Isn't "smart" in the common sense of bike trainers.
Great material, comes with the bluetooth dongle and everything to setup a simple thing. But it is not "smart" in the sense that the friction force does not change over time with a connected app. The only thing "connected" and "smart" is the bluetooth dongle. Which can't be calibrated by the Saris app (Zwift recognizes it though). I guess it would be cheaper to get a "stupid" trainer and add a bluetooth dongle on it. Cause that's what you get here.

Recomendable
Llegó en el tiempo prometido y ha funcionado muy bien, silencioso al cambiar la llanta por una llanta sin dibujos, súper silencioso, no he probado el sensor de velocidad, tengo que comprar el USB, luego les digo del sensor
