For a small scale picture framer this product is amazing. Very easy to use. I considered a Chinese pneumatic V nailer. I read about many jambs. This one cannot jamb. Very happy with purchase.

So easy to use! This isn't just a v-nail press, it's an entire kit that makes professional grade framing possible, even if you've never framed before. The design is simple and easy to use; the construction is durable and all parts are high quality. I suspect it'll be a long, long time before I have to buy another kit like this, if ever....

After looking long and hard for a hand held pneumatic v-nail gun I found two different items. At first it seemed that they were two different items, but in actuality, they are the exact same gun, just produced in two different factories, with different cosmetic appearances. Other than that, they are the same gun, produced by the same company. Except, the Meite branded model, is $100 less expensive, because there is not an additional third party in the transaction. So the net net on pricing, I found the very best price in the world.... as far as I can see, considering I found only two models of the exact item I was looking for; and my item was $100 less.At first had a little drag on getting up and running, because the recommended v-nails (Logan) were the wrong size. So, they got sent back, and I went to my local custom framing wholesale supplier, who has at least 100 or more v-nail sku alternatives, and that was the ticket. I found the correct size, loaded them up, and there has been no looking back. FYI... the purchasing agent for the v-nail stock at this wholesaler, was rather impressed with the look of the gun, and had never heard of such an animal!The gun has power, control, flexibility for v-nail lengths, very industrial in it's build, hence truly meant for the professional, or semi-professional custom picture frame operation. Having spent the last three years in a professional picture framing plant in North Los Anglees, using all of the commercial grade equipment, I will say first hand, from an experienced picture framer, this gun is the real deal. You won't be disappointed. Rather, you will be pleasantly, if not seriously satisfied with this product.I COULDN'T BE HAPPIER!PS: When I contacted the East Coast office that imported this item, they were very helpful, and attentive to my issues. A little hard to communicate with due to the Nationality difference, but we worked through that as well. So I felt like they took ownership of trying to makethe situation right. Thank You.

I bought this product because I did not like splines on the home made frames. The framer works really well and using the mechanical clips gives me peace of mind the frame won’t fall apart if the glue fails.

I wrote a low review earlier, however I discovered it was “operator error”. Once I read the directions better I realize I wasn’t using it correctly.Great product and would recommend it to friends.

I'm just learning to make fancy picture frames and this product makes the process much easier.

For making picture frames, this joiner made a huge difference. The v-nails push in perfectly and make a solid joint. I don't mind spending the money if a product works like this. I was careful not to push the nails in too far on the oak frames I was making so I wouldn't push out the wood on the good side. If the V-nail wasn't flush on the back, I simply used an angle grinder and easily ground off the excess. With thicker wood, you can easily sink the v-nail completely.
