This product is, essentially, a good idea and it functioned well for the first few usages but the tape then snapped inside the holder which rendered it unusable. If it is possible to open the unit up, it may be feasible to re-attach the tape to the dispenser and use what remains of it, but no information seems to be available as to how to do this without breaking the holder. So most of the roll of correction tape remains inside the unit, unused. The root of the problem appears to be the tape which has proven to be fragile under normal use.

ordered pack of 10 twice and kept receiving 1 singleton tippex as if I would pay over £11 for 1 tippex!
