This cream helps a lot! Not total relief but brings the pain down quite a bit so I don’t have to take as much pain reliever.

Great for immediate relief but not preventative. No breakouts or anything, it’s a topical cream for period cramps and works very well. I had no idea something like this even existed. It smells like mint or eucalyptus so there’s no issue with odor. Little pricy but worth it.

Just used for the first time and I’m amazed at how quickly it heated up for soothing. However it only last for about 2-4 minutes then you’ll have to reapply. I wish the tube were bigger as well.

This stuff is great! I can’t live with out it. Its always on me re order list. It might not take all the pain away but it will give you relief if you’re suffering. So I keep buying this.

In the description on Amazon, the active ingredient is listed as Trolamine Salicylate. Once I received the tube on the back the only active ingredient that is listed is menthol. These are two totally different types of chemicals. Trolamine Salicylate is not listed in the inactive ingredients either.I had no idea it had menthol in it. Other wise I would never have bought it. It does have a strong smell and a slightly irritating to my skin.

It relieved my cramps a 100%
