Topro Wool Felt Pillbox Stewardess Air Hostesses Beret Hat Base Cap

I was very excited to find this hat, for this price, on Amazon. I purchased it in both navy and black. The hats came packaged well, with no denting or damage to the felt (something I was concerned about) and are made of a stiff heavy weight felt. They have a nice classic look to them, and they shipped quickly. My only issue is that unlike a real period era pill box had, these fasten to your head with a thin band of elastic (think of the band on those cardboard party hats) rather than having a sewn in "lip" for bobby pinning or somehow fastening them to your hair. I think this would be ideal for a costume, but not for someone , such as myself, who intends to wear them during the course of an ordinary day.

it took a few weeks but that was expected. the hat looks exactly as its pictured, which, i know is sometimes a crapshoot when ordering from an overseas seller. this is quality and nicely sized and constructed. i will order in another color.

I needed to buy a couple of these hats for a project for school. The hats were nice and were fine and passed off as a legit Pan Am stewardess hat. The girls playing the stewardess roles had no problem with the hat and considering the fact they have small heads the hats fit well.

Well-made with beautiful color. Packing left indentations that I hope will steam out. Very pleased.

Very sturdy, well made and has an elastic strap. I covered mine with pink fur to finish My Delores Umbridge costume

Love this hat, but the felt is on the hard side and does not give much.

Perfect for what we were looking for. I had a hard time keeping it on my head.
