This book tells you how some businesses conduct some QI operations, but in a very vague and disorganized way. It wasn't practical for my studies or the class I took using it. We just kind of made our own QI process with only the loosest connections to this book. It's a textbook that exists to sell textbooks to institutions and is mostly interested in lengthening its word count.
