Fits Emerson MW9325SL perfectly.
My old Emerson MW9325SL microwave started making huge sparks suddenly, the old cover had a crack and was making it spark up. This cover fit perfectly and fixed that issue. It feels like good quality and is slightly thicker than the old one. Installation was easy, it just fits into the same slots as the original. Saved me from having to get a new microwave which I rarely use. Price is right on point and you get two of them. I taped the second one to the bottom of the microwave so it’ll be handy if I ever need it again.

Excellent Mica Sheet for a Panasonic 1250W Microwave
I tried using search and other tools to try and determine how thick this Mica sheet was but couldn't get a clear answer. They are 0.3mm Thick. Exactly the same as was in the Panasonic Gemini Sensor 1250w microwave I was fixing for a friend I used the old one as a template drawing around it and used a hobby knife to score it. I did NOT cut it all the way through and you don't have to... Score it and then bend at the score and it breaks quite easily. I did have to use the knife to separate the scrap edge but very easy to do. I'm sure scissors in place of a hobby knife would work just as well if you want. Word of caution, BEFORE fitting it, make sure things are clean under where the Mica will fit. In my case, I found some burned remnants which I firmly believe were from a previous incident in the Microwave in which it was NOT cleaned properly after some disastrous splatter I suspect. So I used a moist paper towel and wiped away all the debris I could find as well as then a dry paper towel to make sure it was dry as a bone. Fitted the newly cut Mica sheet, turned on the Microwave and "Voila"... no more arcing, sparking or any other issues. I used a whole sheet in my instance but only discovered after that it would also have worked if I had just turned the template 90 degrees to the rectangular new one as it needed barely over 1/2 a sheet but who cares, for the cost of a 10 pack, why mess around!!! LOL. These sheets are identical in thickness (0.3mm) to the original Panasonic, fitted with zero issues and considerably less that parts dealers are asking for the exact same thing!!!! Oh and you just have to apply a small amount of pressure and bend the sheet ever so slightly to fit (in the specific Panasonic microwave I was fixing). Definitely recommend these. Great value for the money and functionally, you can neither tell the difference visually or technically with the original. A+

Worked Alright For Unintended Uses.
Tried using it for a nichrome wire set up because of it's heat resistance and relatively stable qualities. Didn't work as well as I anticipated, and probably should've used more rigid supports. As for use in a microwave, seems to do it's job. Pretty cheap too, so I'd say a nice purchase for those who need it.

It works!
Stupidly used brown paperbag to pop popcorn. It caught fire and burned the insulator cover. Thought I would have to purchase a new microwave. I measured the burned cover and purchased these. It fits perfectly. Easy to install. The microwave works perfectly now.

Great, cheap fix!
I priced a direct fit piece from elsewhere. The single part was $7.98, but regular 5 day shipping was $14.98!!! So Amazon came thru with 10 pcs of the same material @ $.90/ea and prime shipping which came in 1 day instead of 2. Simple cut to fit, and I was back to safely microwaving again! User tip: you may use a little bit of foil ductboard tape to secure the edges, but don't cover any of the opening. It would block the microwaves. Thank you, Amazon!

Easy Fix
I hate it when anyone says something to the effect of “okay people, listen up!”, but this is something that needs to be addressed. There are actually only a handful of manufacturers of microwave ovens. They license their products to various brands. The microwave energy-actually a 2.4 GHz radio emission at anywhere from 700 to 1200 or higher Watts-is delivered to the cavity of your oven by a channel known as a wave guide. In order to protect the wave guide from getting contaminated by food or liquids a mica board-this is the square item that looks like cardboard-is used. It allows energy to pass through while blocking contaminates from the waveguide. When your microwave starts to arc and spark, it’s usually the result of dried food debris. Most of the time it’s on the mica board. Years ago whenever I had arcing I’d just assumed the unit had malfunctioned and I’d take it to the recycling center and buy a new unit. After purchasing my third unit in a two year period and having the same problem with arcing I complained to a friend that there was an obvious nefarious plot by microwave manufacturers to produce defective items. She laughed and gave me a quick tutorial on the most likely cause, debris on the mica board. She was right. I cleaned the unit and removed the old mica board and purchased a replacement at a certain big box store. It took all of maybe a minute to pop that sucker in, and it worked! No problems with arcing. That was a couple of years ago. Recently I had another arcing issue and ordered a replacement from Amazon. It’s so easy to replace. If you’re having an issue with arcing and sparking, clean (thoroughly) your oven and replace the mica board. In most cases that should do the trick. This one I’m reviewing was super inexpensive and is so easy to pop in. It sure beats needlessly replacing your oven.

So easy and inexpensive
Very easy to cut with scissors and a razor blade. Couldn’t wait 30 days for the replacement cover guide from the manufacturer (not in stock ridiculous). So easy to trace the outline on these and just cut. Works exactly like it should. Easily save $10-20 each, you’ll be happy you did!
