I purchased this heater to utilize a supplemental heat for a dog kennel that is built into my unheated garage. I was able to use this on the lower setting in conjunction with reflective insulation to provide my dog a comfortable environment and prevent him from getting sick. This heater was also easy to install and included the hardware required to put it in the place. I found that I could utilize my Wi-Fi outlet controller to turn on and off this heater as it was below the wattage that would’ve been restricted by other heaters.

i bought this from amazon on november 13, 2019. it worked fine. the heat was nice. i liked it. i was thinking about buying another one. but today, feb 18, 2020, it failed on me. i cannot seem to get it to come on.i would not recommend this product. there is another complaint on the product reviews stating that theirs broke after 3 months as well.i am grateful that amazon is accepting this back as a return.

They do a nice job heating. I could have used a bigger heater. What about the solar light that does not work??

Works great. It was easy to install. Our cats sleep in the garage and this is hung from a beam where they can't bother it and they really enjoy the warmth. It also keeps our washing machine from getting too cold during the winter months.

The mount would only go on backwards. The brackets are not very study to hold it up properly. It provides good heat for the price.

I bought 3 of these for my dog kennels, 1 worked great and is still working, BUT 2 of them were defective and wouldn't turn on. I'm getting replacements so I'm hoping the problem is solved. UPDATE: 3rd heater went out after only 2 days of use. These heaters are junk!!!

Item was a previous return that was neither properly inspected, or even repackaged. Several metal sheets were dented and one plastic arm was lose. Asked for a replacement, but that now comes via snail mail???

Easy to install, plugs into the additional outlet on your garage door, effectively melts the snow and ice off your car. Overall, pretty pleased with it for the money.

The hanger arms need to be forced into position. Pulled to the back past the shipping stops. It may seem you are braking the hanger arms, no. They cannot be returned to shipping position.

I owned one of these units for about 10 years which still works well so I ordered the exact same unit which is now sadly made in China and so cheap that one arm popped off when I went to assemble It. I would gladly have paid more money for more quality. Thankfully Amazon took it back and gave me a refund.

Does what it is supposed to do. Bought one 6 yrs ago, it died a few weeks ago, bought another since it a great value.
