It was so easy to put together! And had so much stuff that came with it!

GREAT item...but
The main items were incredible: ballerina balloons, circle fans,happy birthday/ballerina banners and the regular balloons. The MUSIC NOTES and SMALLER helium balloons were inflated with fresh helium and just did not float. I believe the balloons material ratio to the helium space was off. Super cute though that is the only reason i gave a 4

I was a little concerned about quality on this set because its so cheap. But I was very impressed when I put it all up. It really blew everyone away. I added more balloon columns and a couple table cloths. But everything else was there in the kit. I suggest having an air compressor to blow up all the mylars. There are a ton.
