Showed up in my blood works, so it’s legit creatine!! My only issue is the scooper makes the WORST squeaking noise when it scrapes the side of the tub. It’s like nails on a chalk board to me. Still 5 stars because that’s on me 😂😂

So far so good
I have been feeling good changes in general, Strength, resistance and looks like I’m gaining muscle only in 3 week. Of course I have been taking it every day. Does not have taste. It’s solves easy too. So happy with the purchase so far!

Closest brand to a powder i've tried
Best creatine i've bought. It is the closest to a powder so even though you still need to drink it fast it isn't like other brands that have the consistency of sand.

I like this unflavored taste, the other previous creatine I had tasted really bad. But this one is good.

That it works as advertised
Use it pre workout..wait 20 minutes and pump iron intensly..able to lift 60lbs.over my head and lift for hours with very little rest between reps..great product

Don’t notice much
I don’t feel or notice anything significant from taking this or using it 20 mins before workout... I thought it would give me more energy or an extra pump. But I don’t notice anything so far. I’ve been taking it for a while. Not everyday because it says don’t take more than 1 dose in 24 hrs and it says don’t take 4 hours before bed. And it also says take 30 mins before activity. So not the easiest to take on a daily basis around the same time if you’re cautious about the warning. I try to use it before working out but sometimes I workout late. I’ll try to maybe take it daily more on a scheduled time to see if it assists me better with results. We’ll see...
