This machine was one of the first I have tried since using my gravity boots. It is just as good and so much easier to get up and down on.Thanks for the help with my back problems, gravity is the only way to go for back comfort and pain.

This id a very nice Inversion Table, is it the best Nope.But you can't go wrong with this for $100.My only complaints about this Inversion Table is the back pad and I guess better foot straps is an issue for some people.

It takes getting used to. Or so I’m told. One of the things they wants me to rate is pain relief. So far using the table has been painful. Please allow me to give you my very best advice. Never, and I’m mean never ever try to use it without the seatbelt fastened. At least while you’re just getting used to it. I feel pretty sure you won’t ever not wear it if you get used to it while wearing it. Not only is there the potential for falling on your head and having a whole new set of problems but I actually injured my Achilles’ tendons on both feet. I could barely walk for the next 2 days and then very gradually improved after that.

Be careful if you have high blood pressure and the cushions that go around the feet and ankles needs to be a lot better due to discomfort

I am 316 lbs and i feel this inversion table is a little wobbly and the crank or sprocket or whatever its called does not hold your feet very well. As you can see from the picture it has become stripped after only 5 uses. I will say though that it stretches your back muscles pretty well and I have seen improvement in my backs range of motion. Pain has decreased as well. This is meant for people who weigh far less than the maximum weight limit listed.

Its good,Easy to assemble, but directions are not very clear. Took my boyfriend 2hours to put it together. But after all, its nice, works fine, dose helpful with my back stessch!

I wish it was a little sturdier. Other than that it’s great.

The product is not as sturdy as most other products like it. Difficult to use. Takes way too long to bring it from the storage stage to use stage. For a person who is not in GYM shape, it is way to difficult to use.

Poorly made, instructions extremely poor and not all the screws and bolts included. Sending it back............terrible!
