But it's nothing so bad it outweighs the convenience
Using it right now to type on and write review. Yes, it can be a little funky for maintaining a plumb surface on an extremely cushy cushion or mattress. Yes, certain books/binders will make it topple. But it's nothing so bad it outweighs the convenience. & there are ways of fixing things too if you need to boost two of the legs on one side with a folded up towel/wash cloth or something to make it even. Not many people realize this, but there are hinges in the front (on the same side as the pencil notch that keeps pencils/pens whatever from falling off when you tilt the desk). These hinges are at the top of the legs and you can pull them in and out to "stop" the legs from collapsing and secure them. That means, it won't be rickety. Legs shouldn't change position with gravity when you left them up.Leg height is adjustable.I have had it now for a few months and it's working fine under loads of heavy textbooks and old laptops.Only way to make it better is to make the drawer magnetic so it stays shut. And if there was some way there could be flip-up handles, that would be the freaking bomb. Not sure how to go about it because of the drawer tho... Overall, very sturdy and very nice.

Good Choice!
I really like this laptop desk! To be fair, it just arrived in the mail today and I am using it while writing this review. Upon unboxing and removing the protective bubble plastic there was a spot of dark, grease-like substance on the top of the desk. It was located in one place so I quickly cleaned it off with a lightly damped piece of paper towel. One of the reasons I chose this desk is because it did not look cheaply made and didn't have any parts to assemble. I was right. It looks well made with fine quality wood and no sharp edges (no splinters here). It will serve as a laptop desk while on my bed since I tend to do the majority of my work there. It even works well with my other laptop which is more than 15". I haven't tried to adjust the height of the desk as yet being that the original setting works perfectly fine for me. The minus 1 star was due to the "grease spot" but otherwise this product deserves 5 stars so far.

Missing parts
Nothing bums me out more than ordering something online, and having to send it back. There's a part missing. The wooden tab that goes at the edge so your paper or pen or whatever you are working on doesn't slide off is missing. The holes are there for it. It's kinda cheaply made too. Especially for the price. I'm hoping they will see this and will send me the part. So I don't have to hassle with sending it back. Or I'm going to send it back, and I might just buy from somewhere else.

The table surface is nice and solid
The table surface is nice and solid, but the other parts (esp the legs/Stan) has many little fibers that stabbed/poke my finger EACH TIME I use it! It was difficult to get the fibers out from my fingers

It looks nice.
The legs won't lock and the whole process of adjusting them is cumbersome. If you have to move this around at all, you can't really do it with items on top of it because legs don't stay in place. It looks nice.

Great product.
This is my 3rd bed table - I've gone through two others - so I was particularly picky about what I wanted with this one. The most important part is the lock for the legs. The problem with the first two was the ends come off from the legs pushing against the ends. This bed table has a lock on either end that keeps the legs from spreading out further than they should. The other plus is the size. A full 24" - not a skimpy 21"...the drawer, while kind of shallow - will hold pencils, ink pens, etc. I also like how the stop can be removed! You can use it if needed and remove it when not. I found this product to be heavy and well made. There was no putting together of anything. Would buy again!

Fantastic quality and versatility
This is virtually a piece of furniture. The size is perfect as a lap desk for a computer. There is room for a laptop with enough space on the side to use a mouse. The legs fold under for easy storage. Latches keep the legs in place when the desk is in use. The length of the legs is adjustable with knobs to tighten them at the desired height. When legs are fully extended, the desk is the height of my coffee table. The wood is thick enough for solid stability. The finish is very smooth and everything fits together well. The parts that are supposed to move do so easily and lock firmly in place as desired.

Very useful product to have
Bought this for the hubby before he went on 3 months medical leave due to knee replacement. It helped with serving him meals when he couldn't get down the stairs. Then helped hold laptop or tablet as he was sitting up in bed killing time throughout the days of leave. It's good quality and he appreciated having it. I thought it was a bit heavy to lift up and get set up, but that's expected for the size we got.
