I purchased these specifically to teach my Music Reading classes at the All-American Boys Chorus Summer Camp. These boards are very versatile, as they have staves on one side, and a completely blank white board on the other (I added the large staff with orchestra tape onto the blank side for specific activities, though). For another activity, I added Suran Wrap over it to create a clean food placemat/plate for students as they created music notation with candy and snacks. And they each come with mini erasers! I plan to incorporate this into my middle school music lessons as well! They are made of good quality, are light weight, and don't break when students drop them on hard floors. I am surprised at the quantity offered at such a cheap price! I've purchased similar mini white boards in the past, but these are the most sturdy and convenient ones I've bought so far! Alot of bang for your buck!

Nice size and very sturdy. The white boards clean up easily and completely. I didn’t even realize that there were erasers included for every board! I really like the size of the staves on these boards - large enough for group use and younger students, but not too large. Three staves provides nice working space. Because they are economical, I will be able to use them for games and group quizzes as well as to enhance teaching with individual students.

I love these boards! I teach AP Music Theory at my high school, and we use these boards EVERY DAY in class. I’m writing this review after two full weeks of use. So far, the boards erase and clean so well, even with dry erase markers from Dollar Tree! We have exclusively been using the erasers that come with the boards. They’re still working great, but as you can see in the pictures, the print on them fades and they become slightly misshapen after some serious use. They still do the job, though, and I love that it’s a more sustainable option that paper towels, etc., and they look better than spare rags. They do not come numbered, I did that to keep track of the boards in my classroom. The kids use these all the time! Whenever I’m asking questions for note identification, solfege identification, key signatures, etc, the students all write their answers on the board. We'll also use them or rhythmic and melodic dictation. It encourages 100% participation and gives super fast and easy formative assessment, which admin will love when they come to observe! My favorite part of it is I can clearly see where everyone is at in terms of content mastery, rather than having false security in the two kids who always answer everything and divert our attention from other students who are struggling. I've taught theory before without these, and I was always blown away by how poorly some students performed on quizzes and tests simply because I didn't have proper formative assessment opportunities to inform my own teaching practices. It’s also great that these are double-sided! One side is blank and the other has three staves. Having the option definitely helps with what type of feedback we can see, and it saves paper from having print out blank staff paper all the time. All in all, I love these boards, they’re great for my classroom, they store easily in a corner of the band room, and I will be ordering more if my enrollment increases for next year’s class. Thanks!

The product: Thin but strong whiteboard, perfect size and weight for the music classroom (easy to pass around the room, compact storage when we're done.) Bought the 10-pack, and they're a "Perfect 10". The size of the staves are the perfect balance, large enough to accommodate viewing from a distance (and the 'still-in-progress' ability of young kids to write notes on the line or in the space), but small enough so as to not require eons to fill in black notes. Confession: Originally planned on buying blank whiteboards and finding a creative way to impose the staves (spray-painting some kind of stencil, printable sticky transparent plastic, hand-drawing using thin permanent marker, etc.) These turned out as awful as you might imagine. Thankfully, this family business came along and *poof* problem solved for cheaper than the materials I had used trying to make it myself. And WAY more professional looking. Couldn't be happier. I can only assume the other whiteboard products are of similar quality, so I'm writing this review before I snag the chore chart and perhaps something else. The Service: They must have shipped it the same or next day I ordered it, because it arrived super fast. No issues whatsoever. Item came carefully and tastefully packaged, with a box attractive and durable enough to use as the storage container when it is time to put them away (see picture of box + whiteboard + standard music book size + keyboard for scale and reference) . These small dry-erase boards with music staff are a game-changer in my drum teaching studio! I use them daily for quick notation when working with students, and they’re perfect for pop quizzes. One of my favorite activities is having students walk in, hear me play a beat, and try to notate it on the spot. I love these whiteboards! I was looking for ones that were double sided, not just because my students end up drawing on the back of them, but because I wanted a side where my students can write in the staff. These are amazing! Great that they came in a pack of 10 and with erasers. I'll definitely be ordering more when the time comes to replace my current ones.

Fantastic for the music classroom! I start each class with a mental warm-up, and these white boards make starting class sooooo easy. They are easy for the students to keep clean.

Gran material de apoyo para las clases de música en línea. Tenía un pizarrón pautado previamente pero con la pandemia se desgastó mucho y encontré estos para sustituirlo y debo decir que están mejor de lo que imaginaba. El material es muy resistente, son pautados por un lado y blancos por el otro. Los recomiendo ampliamente. Llegaron antes de lo previsto.

It does exactly what I wanted it to do! I was using blank boards in lessons and students drawing their own staves. So much easier, and less time wasting, to have the music staves already on them. AND it’s not a piano staff! Even better!
