This is awesome. Basically you start your own seeds from scratch while other ones don't and just try to profit of you. This one is amazing because you basically start from the beginning of growing your plants. It automatically does all the work. I have had good success rate under a month.

Reasonable concept at a fair price -- simple setup, with bright broad-spectrum lighting, and a (non-adjustable) timer that keeps lights on for 13-14 hours a day.BUT....The internal non-settable clock in the light's timer seems to operate on a 23.5-hour day, which means that the lights turn on 30 minutes earlier every day. Reset it to start at 6am (by turning it on at 6am -- there is no clock to set in the unit) on Sunday, and by Saturday, the unit is turning on in the middle of the night.The height of the lamp is only crudely and unevenly adjustable, unlike that of an AeroGarden which has a better mechanism for this function.Also ... though the unit comes with a seed-starter tray, sponges to hold the seeds, seedlings, and plants, and fertilizer, it does NOT come with any seeds. Why on Earth not?!??!

Can you add a pump to this? Why does it not come with a water pump? The plants are going to die... well they did. I would not buy again

Product didn’t have clear instructions. Had instructions on how to use the grower but after reading I still had questions on how to have success growing, not just operating it. Beyond that, it was missing a lot of the features that are available on other brands of similar products for the same price.For the “food” that you add to the water, you have to keep track of when you added to know when it will need again. Other products have a light that will tell you when it needs things.Because of this and some other reasons I returned the items without actually giving it a try. Also, someone gifted this to me so I did all the research on the item and those similar after it was purchased.

The lamp is smart turns on and off after studying our natural light, all the family is happy to see plants grow.

Love this. I’m an expert home gardener and this is incredible. Hard to buy fertilizer refills tho.
