Dont buy. Manufacturer non responsive on warranty.
Manufacturer is non responsive. Chair went out after a month. Suppose to have a 3 year manufacturer warranty. I called 3 times, still no response.

I actually got bruised by this chair, I am not going to recommend it to anyone...

did not get the chair i ordered
I ordered a chair that was to have programs OOTORI S-Track Full Body Zero Gravity Shiatsu Massage Chair with Built-In Heat ，with 3D Robot Hand，Air Massage System and Foot Massage Therapy. The one i got has 2 programs and the rollors do not ajust they are just hard i feel as if i got rip off on this chair and will not order againn
