Product leaks!! In two places. My plumber said it was mostly plastic parts. Now I have to pay the plumber to come and uninstall it, plus install another one to replace this one. Very poor quality, keep looking. I now hope my plumber can get back out to remove it in time for me to be able to return it before the deadline for refund!

I installed this about 3 weeks after it was received - (the tail end of our remodel). After about a week the cold water side started to leak at the quick connect under the sink. I took the quick connect off, inspected and reinstalled. The next morning when the faucet was used, the quick connect came completely off and sprayed water everywhere. The return window is closed, but I would like to return this item under warranty due to a faulty quick connection on the coldwater side.

I ordered 2 of these for a house remodel. They were delivered in May and we just got to the point we could install. One installed fine but the 2nd one had a problem with the cold lever...it turned the wrong direction. Try as we might, we could not find a way to change it. Because of timing, I do not seem to have an option to return, but had to order another one to match. I hope this one works. It is very frustrating to have defective products with no way to return. If I had gone to Home Depot in the first place, I could still return the defective product.

I ordered 4 of these faucets. When I got around to install the last two I saw that one of them was not brushed nickel but shiny metal. Too late to return.Also now one of the faucets that I did install broke already. The spout came shooting off.Products defective. Hope to get money back for the two but deadline passed.

I ordered two of these faucets. Both installed easily with the help of a professional. However, while one works well, the other leaks. When pushed closed, the hot water leaks with a steady stream. However, there is a sweat spot where it will stop. But even then, there is a slow leak that doesn't seem to go away. At this point, not sure if the slow leak is from the cold water or hot. Waiting to hear about replacement parts from the manufacturer to see how good their customer service is.
