Works well, easy to apply.
The product is easy to apply and seems to hold up well. Haven't had a real test yet with colored liquid but I've had it on for a couple weeks and the grout still looks clean. It does dry fairly quickly and the two coats is a good idea. I used it on my floor with quarter inch grout lines. I used a foam brush typically used for crafts and it worked well. Just need to tilt it and let it drain out for a few seconds after dipping the end in the sealer.

Good grout product
You receive a lot of sealant . I sealed two bathrooms, laundry room foyer and hallway. Still have some left. Didn’t discolor the bright white grout on all these floors. Is indeed clear

Black diamond grout sealer
I just applied the product to my kitchen floor grout. (Cleaned with black diamond grout cleaner) I applied with a slanted paint brush. Went on easy and smooth. Not very much dripping. Now how long it will last...have to wait and see.
